HPE ASE - Storage Solutions V4

This certification validates that you can identify, recommend, and explain HPE Enterprise Storage Solutions architectures and technologies, and translate business requirements into storage solution designs that support applications and data across physical, virtual and cloud environments with a common architecture and converged management. This certification also shows that you can design HPE Backup Solutions including the right Backup, Recovery, and Archive (BURA) strategies for various customer scenarios.

Before you begin

Acquire access to The Learning Center and get an HPE Learner ID. If this certification requires a written or online exam (HPE0 or HPE6 or HPE2), then create a user profile with Pearson VUE, our exam vendor for proctored/online exams. Practical exams (HPE1 or HPE0-AxxxP) are delivered through PSI or Aruba Education Services, therefore no Pearson VUE user profile is required.

Certification Description

Differentiate and apply enterprise storage architectures and technologies
Identify enterprise storage and backup opportunities then plan, design, and size the right HPE Storage Solution
Design, identify, and recommend HPE Storage Enterprise and Backup Solutions including proof-of-concepts

In addition you prove your expert knowledge of one of two specialty areas:

Using HPE OneView
Using HPE SimpliVity

Typical candidates for this certification are IT professionals with at least one to three years of experience in storage technologies

Upon Completion

Three to five days after you complete all requirements, you receive an email notification. Then your status in The Learning Center becomes “acquired”. Track your training and certification progress through your transcripts in The Learning Center.
